AI Document & Records Management
Ten Four Technology rolled-out the project for the Foothills County in Alberta Canada to utilize AI to effectively manage all their documents and records. We implemented a highly secure solution that does not share data with or access outside systems like ChatGBT and others. Our AI solution is internal to the organization and ensure the security and confidentiality of data as its primary requirement. This is phase one, of a potential multiphase project as the organization gets used to the technology and policy, training and other systems evolve to more effectively embrace the emergence of AI in a safe and controlled manner.
Shared Services - University of British Columbia
Our Project Change Lead led this significant project for the UBC where the various faculties and schools across the university started using the shared IT services offered by the UBC IT department. Our role was particular managing the change across the university to maximize the benefits to this multi-million dollar program.
First Nation - Shared Services
Ten Four Technology supported a First Nation group of companies in British Columbia with the design and roll-out of the IT systems. The companies had workers on many remote sites, so ensuring internet access was critical on vehicles and remote camp sites. We implemented a variety of solutions including Starlink, Microsoft 365 etc. We also developed their websites for them and managed the regular update of content for their various project partners. Ten Four Technology also provided 24/7 IT support to all their staff through our Managed Services offering.
Managed IT Services - Political
Ten Four Technology was called on at the last minute to provide full IT managed sevices for a new political party. They have asked to remain anonymous, but to outline their services we utilized existing hardware and implemented a 24/7 support solution to ensure the new party remained online without any risk of downtime affecting their important election campaign. The party was highly grateful for our fast response, as other companies were not able to respond within the high-timeframes they faced.
